Dual Diagnosis Plan In May, I attended the launch of the new dual diagnosis plan , which includes a new National Centre for dual diagnosis in Dublin North West and an adolescent dual diagnosis team in our area. I gained a valuable insight in dual diagnosis during my time as Lord Mayor when I was part of Fast Finglas dual diagnosis working group which was launched in the Mansion House.
