Issues Persist With Dublin Bus Routes 23, 24 and F1 As TD Calls For Improvements

I have called for an inter-agency improvement to address persistent issues with Dublin Bus routes 23, 24 and F1. The routes, which travel through large sections of the Dublin North West area, have experienced continuous issues since their introduction last year.
I routinely hear from constituents about issues related to Dublin Bus routes. These services were introduced last year and the issues that users experienced upon their introduction, don't appear to be addressed.
In recent correspondence from Dublin Bus to local TDs, they confirmed that in recent months, Routes 23 and 24 did not achieve punctuality targets. They also confirmed that F1 did not achieve its punctuality targets or the kilometres of service it is contracted to deliver. I understand that they have acknowledged the Operations Team will closely monitor the routes, but they must now recognise the severity of the issues and should work with the National Transport Authority (NTA) to alleviate them.
Commuters in Dublin North West should not have to expect an unreliable service on a daily basis when commuting to work, school or other activities. This has been incredibly frustrating for commuters of the 23, 24, F1 and also for routes F2 and F3 over the past year, and I have repeatedly raised this as a hurdle for everyday users of public transport.
